This week I needed some tech support for a work platform that I use. It's a VERY cool platform and is the most whiz-bang contact management & team management system I've ever used. Kudos ... BIG KUDOS ... to my side-gig company Rodan+Fields for creating it for us!

So here's the short version of what happened. I was on the Chat/Help feature with a very nice guy, who within just a few minutes had my issue figured out, and then showed me how to fix it. (Sidenote: I LOVE it when they don't just 'fix it for me', they actually take the time to show ME how to fix it.)

When we got my initial question and issue fixed, he asked if there was anything else he could help me with.

I said, 'Why, yes. Yes there is. When I'm looking at the sidebar of options for how to categorize, there's one box that looks like hieroglyphics to me. It's sort of a couple slashes, a couple colons, some more slashes ........... I have NO idea what that box is for.

The very nice young man (hint - the word young is important here), without skipping a beat said: "I'm not sure".

I replied back by explaining AGAIN where the weird box was with the hieroglyphics.

He again replied: I'm not sure.

Then he added: "Look closely at the, um, hieroglyphics. 😂😂 It's saying I'm not sure.

We like making your tasks more fun when we can."

Well darned if it doesn't, if you know what you're looking at:

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

After we finished laughing together, his parting words were:

"I have to say that you've absolutely made my Friday. I'm never EVER going to look at that box without laughing. Oh, WAIT. Not at you, Ms. Gifford."

Thanks, kid. You made my Friday, too.

:-)
